Snow Queen

• three facts to include in scene
• three props requied for each scene im in
• one objective for my chracter in each scene

FACTS FOR CASTLE SCENE (KING, QUEEN, PRINCESS, GERDA AND CROWN)

• King and Queen are snobs/stuck up
• princess is caring and understanding towards Gerda
• Gerda thinks Kai is at the castle

FACTS FOR THE SHORT GOSSIPER'S SCENE (GERDA AND FOUR GOSSIPER'S)

• The gossiper's are noisey and talk about everyones business
• They warn off Gerda from going to the Fin Mans house
• The Fin Man is rumerly Evil (like witches everything gets blamed on them, like olden days were witches were burnt because everything was thier folt)

PROPS FOR THE CASTLE SCENE

• crown's (for queen and king)
• dress (for princess, dress gets ripped)
• Phone (King rings prince's up for party)
• String (Gerda fixes dress, string can be used to look like kneedle and fred)

(No props for gossiper's scene)

OBJECTIVE'S FOR CASTLE SCENE

Queen= protective, controlling, protective over what they own posestions and daughter, dont want their home/posestions/life disterbed.

OBJECTIVE'S FOR GOSSIPER'S

Gossiper's = diverting, putting gerda off, distracting her from going to the fin mans home, warning her, to protect, noisey.

Today in class we started on the snow queen performance, we ruffly went though it linking each scene together inprovising, when we got a clear view off how the play should go we got in the scenes we were in and perfected them, in the groups we thought of a scene going on before Gerda arrives, the castle one starts off with the king ringing all the princes up telling them they need to come to a get together to be a chance of marrying the princess, the queen/mother/ME is playing with princess hair geting her ready for princes, the princess is not bothered, she is told things must be done the royal way then Gerda comes in. The Gossiper's scene starts of with them gossiping about the Fin Man we perform a small/humous box steping around each other then we see Gerda and start gossiping again when she comes over. Today we started and finshed the Snow Queen performance it needs polishing but we have made alot of progress today,

Our First performance in front of a small group i did not get to take part in unfortunaly Jamie got scared of the surroundings and we had to stand out side, he did watch though the door window tho and clapped at the end :p
